Congratulations to our referees, Team Zebra, who were voted July’s Member Of The Month!
What the league had to say:
“I think sometimes they can be overlooked, but their presence at practices and scrimmages alike is so crucial to our development as a team. Without their time and dedication to the league, I don’t think we’d have as good of a grasp on the rules as we do- nor would we be able to scrimmage as much as we do, which helps to make us better competitors. They have a huge role in our growth as well-rounded derby girls and they certainly deserve a big thank you from all of us”
