Bio: One day my husband and I were at our tattoo shop and he picked up a flyer for the DDG and said you should look into this. The rest is history. I came to my first bout and was hooked, then the bootcamp set it off. I have played in three bouts now and look forward to many more and doing what i can do to make all of my fellow DDG girls (and coaches) proud. Now a bit about me. I am the mom of a precious little boy born july 09. I am also the wife of an awesome derby widow. I love my family very much they are the reason behind anything i do. I was born and raised in Chesapeake. I was married in august 2003. I graduated from Old Dominion in 2007 with a bachelors of science. I work as a billing manager for a medical practice in chesapeake i have been there for 11 years. Being a part of the DDG is awesome. I appreciate all the advice and encouragement they are willing go give out. I also enjoy all of the outside activities the DDG does that i am able to participate in. It is like a second family!!
